Publishing Principles
MRD Forum publishes peer-reviewed academic journals and conference
proceedings with the aim of providing a reliable platform for researchers, academics, and
professionals to share original research work. The publisher supports transparent editorial
practices and expects all submissions to be based on genuine research activities.
Manuscripts submitted to any journal published by MRD Forum must not have been published
previously and must not be under review by another journal or publisher at the same time.
MRD Forum expects authors to follow generally accepted academic and ethical standards
throughout
the publication process. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the content,
proper acknowledgment of all sources, and compliance with applicable ethical and legal
requirements. The publisher supports fair editorial decision-making and ensures that
published
material reflects the collective responsibility of authors, editors, and reviewers to
maintain
the integrity of the academic record.

Author Responsibilities
Authors are accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and honesty
of their work from submission through publication.
- Ensure that the submitted work is original, accurately represents the
research conducted, and has not been published previously or submitted elsewhere at the
same time.
- List every eligible co-author and confirm that each listed author has made
a meaningful contribution to the work.
- Secure approval of the final submitted version from all co-authors before
submission.
- Designate one corresponding author who will be responsible for
communication with the editorial office throughout the review and publication process.
- Ensure all author names, affiliations, and contact details are complete,
accurate, and correctly entered at the time of submission.
- Obtain written agreement from all authors for any changes to authorship,
including additions, removals, or changes in author order, after submission.
- Present research data, figures, tables, and results honestly and without
fabrication, falsification, or selective omission.
- Properly cite all sources and clearly acknowledge the use of any previously
published material, including text, figures, or datasets.
- Ensure that the manuscript does not infringe on any copyright, intellectual
property rights, or legal restrictions.
- Declare all sources of funding, financial support, or institutional backing
related to the research.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest, whether financial,
professional, or personal, that could influence the interpretation of the work.
- Confirm that appropriate ethical approvals have been obtained for studies
involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data, and include relevant ethical
statements where applicable.
- Ensure that informed consent has been obtained from participants when
required, and that personal or sensitive data is handled responsibly.
- Cooperate fully with the peer review process by responding to reviewer
comments in a clear, respectful, and timely manner.
- Refrain from attempting to influence editorial decisions or contacting
reviewers directly during the review process.
- Notify the editorial office promptly if any significant errors or
inaccuracies are identified after submission or publication.
- Cooperate with the journal in issuing corrections, clarifications, or
retractions when necessary to maintain the accuracy of the published record.
- Remain available after publication to respond to reasonable academic
inquiries related to the published work.
Publication Ethics & Integrity
Research must comply with recognized ethical standards and
demonstrate respect for participants, data, and the research community.
- Ensure that all research complies with generally accepted ethical standards
and relevant institutional, national, or international regulations.
- Obtain appropriate ethical approval from a recognized ethics committee or
review board for research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data.
- Include a clear ethics statement in the manuscript when ethical review or
approval is required, or provide a justified explanation when approval is not
applicable.
- Confirm that informed consent has been obtained from human participants
where required, and that participation was voluntary.
- Ensure that personal, confidential, or sensitive information is handled
responsibly and, where applicable, anonymized to protect privacy.
- Conduct animal research in accordance with applicable animal welfare
guidelines and approved experimental protocols.
- Accurately describe research methods, data collection procedures, and
analysis techniques to allow assessment and replication of the study.
- Avoid data fabrication, data falsification, selective reporting, or
manipulation of results.
- Disclose all sources of funding and any support that may have influenced
the design, conduct, or reporting of the research.
- Declare any potential conflicts of interest, including financial,
institutional, or personal relationships that could affect the interpretation of the
work.
- Ensure that images, figures, and other visual materials accurately
represent the original data and are not misleading.
- Promptly inform the editorial office if an ethical issue, error, or concern
is identified before or after publication.
- Cooperate with editors and the publisher in investigations related to
ethical concerns, corrections, or retractions.
Publication Integrity and Originality Policy
Originality is non-negotiable. We actively screen for overlap and
will act on suspected misconduct.
- Ensure that all submitted work is original and accurately reflects the
authors’ own research and analysis.
- Avoid plagiarism in all forms, including direct copying, excessive
similarity, or improper paraphrasing of previously published work.
- Provide proper citation and acknowledgment for all sources, data, text, and
ideas derived from other works.
- Avoid submitting the same or substantially similar content to more than one
journal or publisher at the same time.
- Disclose any prior dissemination of the work, including preprints,
conference abstracts, or earlier versions, where applicable.
- Ensure that figures, tables, images, and data are original or used with
appropriate permissions and attribution.
- Accept that submitted manuscripts may be checked using plagiarism detection
or similarity analysis tools.
- Understand that significant overlap, inappropriate reuse, or false claims
of originality may result in manuscript rejection or further editorial action.
- Refrain from data fabrication, manipulation, or selective reporting
intended to misrepresent research findings.
- Cooperate with the editorial office in addressing concerns related to
originality, overlap, or integrity before or after publication.
- Acknowledge that, if serious integrity concerns are confirmed after
publication, corrective actions such as corrections or retractions may be issued.
Peer Review Process
We use fair, unbiased peer review to assess quality, validity,
novelty, and compliance with ethics and scope.
- All submissions are subject to an editorial and peer review process to
assess their suitability for publication.
- The peer review process is conducted in a fair, objective, and confidential
manner.
- Editors are responsible for selecting reviewers with appropriate expertise
relevant to the submitted work.
- Reviewers are requested to evaluate submissions based on academic merit,
clarity, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
- Reviewers are expected to declare any conflicts of interest and to recuse
themselves when such conflicts exist.
- Authors’ identities and submitted content are treated as confidential
throughout the review process.
- Authors are provided with reviewer feedback and are given the opportunity
to respond or revise their manuscripts where required.
- Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ assessments and the editor’s
judgment.
- The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a
submission rests with the journal’s editorial team.
- Attempts to influence the review or editorial decision-making process are
not permitted.
- The publisher respects editorial independence and does not interfere with
editorial decisions.
